Unlimited Digital launches new site for the Museum of Anthropology at UBC

Unlimited Digital is pleased to announce the recent launch of its most recent web development project for the Museum of Anthropology, www.moa.ubc.ca.

The website beautifully expresses the innovative nature of the Museum's exhibitions and programs. The design is in a class of its own, and the functionality is intuitive - simple, engaging and in tune with the collections and exhibits at the museum.

Unlimited Digital also provided the strategy and project management for the site's back-end customized management solution (CMS). The set of tools gives museum administrators ability to organize objects within an online database, a publishing tool for news, current events and press releases. Included is a solution for updating PDF documents, online forms and an email capture.

The website was launched on May 5, 2003 and is the third project Unlimited Digital has completed for the Museum of Anthropology. Other projects include "The Respect for Bill Reid Pole" virtual exhibition (funded by the Virtual Museum of Canada), and "The Spirit of Islam: Experiencing Islam through Calligraphy" educational website, produced in 2002.
