Unlimited Digital launches the Virtual Legacy to The Spirit of Islam Exhibit: Experiencing Islam through Calligraphy at the Museum of Anthropology

The Museum of Anthropology and members of Vancouver's Muslim communities launched a website based on the exhibition The Spirit of Islam: Experiencing Islam through Calligraphy (closed May 12, 2002). Funded by the Department of Canadian Heritage, the website includes images, text, audio, and video from the original exhibition, enhanced by interactive features only the web can offer.

The website is a virtual legacy to the exhibit and has incorporated two multimedia presentations designed by Unlimited Digital for the exhibit, "Introduction to Calligraphy" and "Community Voices."

The website is a rich collection of images, a historical summary of Islam, calligraphic animations created with Flash, narration and music.
