Edgemont on CBC Television

Edgemont, the award-winning teen drama, has been entertaining, informing and affecting audiences of all ages since 2000. Now, with three seasons behind them, a fifth launching in the fall of 2004, Edgemont is well on the way to being "That" show ­ the one that defines a whole generation of Canadian teenagers. Edgemont is one of CBC's flagship success stories.

Today Edgemont has over 500,000 viewers in English Canada (a recent sale will bring Edgemont to French Canada soon) and the show has been sold to countries like the U.S., the UK, Ireland, France, Greece, Slovakia, The Netherlands, the Philippines and Yugoslavia.

Unlimited Digital was hired to handle the promotional strategy, Internet marketing, web and electronic newsletter design. Unlimited Digital has executed three successful campaigns which included the acquisitions of national advertising sponsors, including FIDO and RW & Co, as well adding "video previews" for each episode the week of its broadcast.

The Edgemont.tv web site is a highly interactive and inclusive community that not only gives the fans all the info they want on the show and its stars but also encourages and supports them in expressing their personal viewpoints. With our innovative use of electronic postcards and video links Edgemont fans are kept in touch and entertained the world over while waiting for the show to come to their neighbourhood.
